Responsibilities:
•Accurately Process all customer information packages and take appropriate actions to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and guidelines.
•Maintain customer contract files and account information in accordance with corporate record retention policies and corporate guidelines
•Prepare and track billing adjustments.
•Research and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
•Analyze and provide data through reports and Excel worksheets.
•Provide internal sales support.
•Coordinate and prepare monthly region activity reports.
•Accurate data entry.
•Customer service.
•Meet own individualized training requirements.
•Act as advisor to sales force and sales management.
Requirements:
•Education: Bachelor’s degree
•Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
•Detail oriented with strong follow-through skills.
•Excellent organizational skills.
•Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook
•100% compliance with safety policies.
