Responsibilities:
•Assist with the development of product and marketing strategies for key high value products and services and in concert with the overall Medical Gas business strategy.
•Gather and disseminate knowledge of customers, competitors and market trends. Translate customer segment needs into application initiatives.
•Drives selection and development of new programs/Services and geographic expansions throughout the development process ( i.e. from conception to finished offer).
•Segments opportunities and develops strategies to address these specific segments based on attractiveness to ALHAC.
•Explores business alliances, and leads efforts to develop these alliances in concert with Executive management.
•Drives the promotion and positioning of existing product portfolio, improving the current brand offering.
•Provides marketing support for Trade Shows by maintaining and developing budget and results follow-up
•Provides Sales Support by maintaining and promoting the use of sales tracking and lead development (CRM tools, Databases, etc)
Requirements:

•–10 - 20% travel
•Ability to drive the implementation of offerings in a matrix organization
•Ability to influence executive management through effective communication of the expected benefits
Educational Requirements
•Undergraduate degree in Marketing or Business
•5+ years previous management experience preferably in healthcare
