Responsibilities:
Responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of a 350 TPD liquid CO2 Plant and 80 tpd ice plant. Monitor and make operating adjustments to process to optimize efficiency. Perform liquide and ice plant startups and shutdowns. Operate and maintain analyzers, pumps, compressors, mechanical refrigeration equipment and distributive control system.
Requirements:
•Must be very safety conscious
•Able to work with little supervision on an 8 hr rotating shift schedule
•Lift 55 lb blocks of ice continuously on an 8 hr shift
•Knowledge of mechanical refrigeration system, chemical plant and handling of hazardous materials preferred.
