Responsibilities:
•Promotes safety of employees and all stakeholders as the first priority.
•Works to drive people, processes and products towards “Zero Defects.”
•Works in compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practice
•Equipment Maintenance Scheduling Responsibilities
-Repair and Maintenance of highway delivery equipment in compliance with Air Liquide, State and Federal requirements
-Assist with scheduling of maintenance activities using MAXIMO
•Coverage Responsibilities
-2nd shift Tue to Sat coverage
-Call in as required
•Analysis Responsibilities
-The ability and experience to diagnosis and repair highway delivery equipment including hydraulic pumping and product transfer pumps.
•Training & System knowledge
-MAXIMO maintenance System
-On-board O.E.M. computer diagnosis systems
-Cadec on board computer system
•Responsible for developing and implementing solutions to specific problems within the supply chain and logistics environment
Requirements:
• Learns and participates in root cause analysis investigations.
• Computer literacy – Maximo and Outlook and Cadec.
• Extremely organized and effective at time management.
•Willingness to work outdoors in extreme conditions
•Basic knowledge of transportation regulations
•DOT air brake certification
•CDL with Haz Mat Endorsements
•2 years experience in highway equipment maintenance.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to work extended hours and shift work as business needs dictate.
• On call nights, weekends and holidays as required.
Education and Experience:
• High school graduate with additional training such as technical school classes.
